March 1, 2008 (Kortrijk, Belgium) – Quick Step held a press conference yesterday at the Kennedy Hotel in Kortrijk, Belgium with Tom Boonen and 2007 Road World Champ, Paolo Bettini, in preparation for the Euro spring season races which begin today in Belgium with Omloop Het Volk, 199km, that starts and finishes in Gent, north of Brussels. Both riders recently competed at the Amgen Tour of California and are ready for action.
