Sept 12, 2007 – The Ontario Championships will take place Sunday, September 16th at Hardwood Hills Mountain Bike Centre. Hardwood Hills, a venue that has become a regular stop on both the Canada Cup and Ontario Cups series, is boasting a tough course to crown Ontario’s Mountain Bike Provincial Champion.

The course is a mix of Hardwood’s extremely fast doubletrack, and hilly single track, which is easily accessible for all fans and spectators. This event will showcase Ontario’s most talented mountain bikers, as they take aim at the Provincial Title. The cross-country events will test racers over distances ranging from 10- 47 km. The Experts and Pro/Elites will be racing from 1:30 pm until 3:30 pm with the amateur events beginning at 8:30 am.

The Plastiglas Ontario Cup Series consists of seven events taking place at premier mountain bike venues all across Ontario. These events have categories for all mountain bike ability levels and a fun and exciting weekend for all.
