August 02, 2013 (Toronto, ON) – We’re pleased to announce the winners of Pedal’s 2013 Tour de France Contest following the one week Doping De-Points rule and apologize for the short delay. Congratulations to Becky Lazar of LaSalle, ON, who’s team blazar topped the field with a final score of 962 points to win the Grand Prize, a Felt F5 bike valued at $2,099.

Second place goes to Colin Dwyer of Sarnia, ON, and his team colsguys with 961 points winning a pair of Easton EA90 SLX Wheels valued at $1,400. Brad Niessen of Victoria, BC with team BradN landed third on the podium with 955 points to take home the Rudy Project Helmet/Sunglasses Bundle.

A number of international contestants, who entered the contest, placed high in the final standings but are not eligible to win prizes and it took a bit longer than usual to consolidate the final list of winners.
