August 5, 2009 – Please Join us on Sunday, August 16 to raise critical funds for heart and stroke research by taking a ride through Niagara’s beautiful wine country. Once again the event will start and finish at the Henley Island Rowing Club (in St. Catharines) with routes of 30km, 60km, 100km, 160 and 200km. Routes will be supported and a wholesome meal will be provided after the ride. Registration fee is $30 per person.

Each rider is encouraged to raise a minimum pledge of $50. You can collect pledges online at fitforheart.ca or in person by printing a pledge form from the website. For every $100 raised, participants will earn a ballot into an exclusive draw to Win One Return Trip for 2 on WESTJET **Valid on any WestJet regular scheduled destination in Canada** (charters exempt from this offer)

Participants can also earn other great incentives prizes through Fit for Heart for their fundraising efforts!
