August 14, 2015 (St. Catharines, Ont.) – Registration on ride day is possible so join us on Sunday, Aug. 16 and crack the century while raising funds for a worthy cause. The Fit for Heart, Pedal 100 event hosted by the Heart and Stroke Foundation runs through the beautiful Niagara wine region with 100km and 50km routes beginning and ending at Niagara’s Welland Canal.

Sign up as a team or individually and help raise funds for life-giving research in heart disease and stroke. General registration is $60. Register on-line prior to the event date HERE or on site.

There are two routes offered. The 100km route begins at 8am with riders completing Loop 1 and then Loop 2. The 50km route starts at 9am with riders completing Loop 2 only. All riders must be back to sign in by 3pm. Helmets are mandatory for all participants.

Registration begins at 7:30am at Grantham Lions Club – 732 Niagara Street, St. Catharines, ON L2M 7W7. Riders should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their route start time in order to check in.

All cyclists are invited to “Help Canadians Live Longer, Fuller Lives” and enjoy the wine region of Niagara, and beautiful Niagara on the Lake and the Niagara River Parkway, while raising funds and awareness for heart disease and strokes in Canada.
