Pan Am Track Championships Day 2 Results – More Medals for Canada

September 03, 2015 (Santiago, Chile) – Team Canada continued to bring home the hardware on Day 2 of the 2015 UCI Pan-American Championships winning four more medals – the same colour as on Day 1 – three silver medals and one bronze.

Sean MacKinnon qualified fastest on his way to silver in the Men’s Individual Pursuit while teammate Ed Veal captured the bronze. The Canadian Women’s Team Pursuit squad qualified second to the USA and in the battle for gold settled for the silver. Meanwhile Aidan Caves turned heads in the men’s Scratch race winning silver. In the men’s Keirin Hugo Barrette and Joe Veloce won their respective heats in the first Round.
