February 14, 2006 – Due to conflicts on the National Calendar, the OCA is moving the Ontario Provincial Road Championships to July 23 in the Pelham region. The St. Catharines Cycling Club – 2005 Road Organizer of the Year – is currently designing a course that does not include the famous Effingham Hill.

The OCA graciously acknowledges the efforts of extremeroad.com, Tour for Kids and the St. Catharines Cycling Club in presenting solutions to the date conflict.
