Ontario Active Communities Pledge Reaches 1,000 Signatures

September 28, 2011 – More than 1,000 Ontarians have now signed on to our Active Communities Pledge! Now, you can help us take this campaign to the next level as we aim to reach 2,000 Pledges within the next 3 days. If you have already taken the Pledge — thank you! You are helping to build Bike-Friendly and Active communities across Ontario. (If you’d like to see how we’re doing, you can view the total number of signatures in real-time at www.activecommunitiespledge.ca)

I invite you to please share the Pledge with your friends and family, letting them know that you’ve already signed.

And I’m thrilled to tell you that we also have launched new advocacy tools available on our website that you can use to make this campaign even more effective.
