January 16, 2005 – The OCA will be offering a Road Provincial C Commissaire Course, February 19-20 at the Sport Alliance Building (OCA building) in Toronto.

Peter McCaffery, B.Ed, a UCI road commissaire and member of the Midweek Cycling Club, will be conducting the two day course. Participants must attend both days.

This course is a requirement for coaches seeking level 3 certification, future managers and future commissaires.

The course must have a minimum of 6 participants. There will be a max of 12 participants.
