August 31, 2005 – The OCA, with the support of the Ontario Trillium foundation, will be enhancing the Cycling Celebration and hosting a number of events during the weekend of November 19th and 20th.

Saturday November 19th
-10am-12pm: Club Presidents meeting
Highlight includes Integrated Sports Systems”¦the company creating the OCA’s on-line registration systems will be introducing their program.
-12:15pm to 1:30pm Lunch for all guests featuring guest speaker
-1:45pm to 3:15pm Breakout Seminar #1: Winning Event Sponsorships
Guest Speaker: Laird Knight, USA Mountain Bike Hall of Fame member, IEG Sponsorship seminar professional speaker
-3:30pm to 5:00pm Breakout session #2
1. BMX Seminar
2. Event Organization focused on Road Racing
Guest Speaker: Chuck Hodge – Technical Director for Tour de Georgia and upcoming Tour de California

Cycling Celebration
5:00pm — 6:00pm Reception: (hors d’oerves & drinks)
6:00pm-7:00pm Awards
7:15pm — 9:00pm: Dinner


The seminars will be free for OCA members and space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. There will be a small, nominal fee for lunch, dinner and the awards night. Fees TBD. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis. (Reminder: Last year sold out — if you want to be put on the reserved ticket list, please call the OCA office today!)
