March 18, 2008 – The third Nova Scotia Cycle Summit will be held on Saturday, 26 April, 2008, 9am at the Fairbanks Centre (entrance to Shubie Park), Dartmouth NS. We expect participants from all over NS interested in advancing the safe use of the bicycle as an everyday activity.

The three core activities of the Summit will be:

– 2. The formation of an all province “group” federation to move this aspect forward.
– 3. Reviewing the freshly completed “Bikeways” report and developing a plan of effective implementation of same. (The Bikeways report was “commissioned” by last years Summit and will be completed by the end of March, 2008. It is very comprehensive, over 50 interviews from various stake-holders were conducted in its preparation)

Please advise the undersign if you wish to participate in presenting (1 above).

Registration costs $12 ($15 after April 11), and this includes two breaks and lunch (home made soup, rolls / cake, etc.)

If you ride a bike – you are an advocate! Come and participate, together, we can make a difference!
