Kootenay Rockies to Sponsor the TransRockies

The TransRockies is pleased to announce that Kootenay Rockies Tourism has come on board to support the event this year and have been a vital resource in helping to develop what we think will be the best TransRockies course yet.

The Kootenay Rockies Region has just released a groundbreaking Cycling Tourism publication which demonstrates the enormous range of cycling opportunities in the area from mountain bike XC and DH to great road riding, BMX and Rails-to-Trails.

“We believe that Kootenay Rockies has world class riding in every cycling discipline,” said Chris Dadson, President of Kootenay Rockies. “We’re excited to host the TransRockies Challenge so that the 500 participants will get a chance to sample some of our epic riding and help get the word out about this amazing part of BC.”
