Munoz Wins – Canada’s Green Fourth

February 8, 2003 – Canada's Roland Green gave it gas up Genting but it wasn't enough to regain his podium spot. Race leader Saturn's Tom Danielson impressed many by finishing right behind top-climber Hernan Dario Munoz (Colombia-Selle Italia). Danielson retains the overall, and Green settled for fourth, but kept the Mountain Jersey.
