East Van Chopper Fest

A block party featuring Franken bikes, sprung rolling
kinetic art, winged serpents, impossible rides, risky

amplified by pedal. To be followed by a long slow tour
of the city at night, mystery route carefully
conceived.

Stanley Park Bike Festival
8am to noon at Brockton Point in Stanley Park.
A celebration of all things pedal powered. Kidsí
races, maintenance, and safety course, treasure hunt,
rides around the park, kidsí bike rodeo, expo booths,
street performers, Baia Brothers trick riding, dinos
on bikes. Featuring the 3rd annual Brockton Criterium
bike race.

Ride to Stanley Park Bike Festival
Join a Vancouver Area Cycling Coalition led ride from
either Science World, the Planetarium, or the Lonsdale
Quay SeaBus terminal (by the ticket machines). Rides
leave at 8:45am and 9:15am from these locations.

Grand Opening of the Georgia Street Bike Lanes
Noon on the south side of Georgia St. adjacent to
Chilco St.
Official opening of the lanes will commence with a
short ceremony at 12:30pm.

Bike to Coquitlam Farmers Market
Coquitlam Sports Centre parking lot, 644 Poirier.
Come to the market via bicycle, inline skate, scooter,
walking, or transit. The first 50 people who arrive at
the market via these means will receive market money
