May 09, 2012 (Dieppe, New Brunswick) – The first night of the 2012 Mike’s Bike Shop Cup was nothing short but great! Trails were in perfect condition, riders showed up with great smiles, and race went very well!

Among the fastest, last year’s overall winner, Jean-Richard Cormier showed he was ready for another season beating Sussex’s Neil Symmington and Julien Roussel at the line. Once the friendly handicap formula was included in the results though, Marc Cormier ended up on top of the classification. He was followed by Sean Ritchie and André Landry.

Cormier will be wearing the Apogée leader’s jersey at next week’s event.

Everyone is welcome for next week’s event to take place on Tuesday evening, 6:30 at Dieppe’s St-Anselme Park!
