The three-time XTERRA World Champion conquered the frigid water, tough course, and strong field for a thrilling start to 2011 at the Aston Monte Lago Village Resort in Lake Las Vegas, Nevada.

Last year, McQuaid captured her fourth USA National XTERRA Championships, plus the 2010 Canadian and European titles.
