January 5, 2006 – Geoff Kabush of Team Maxxis was excited to learn that he was voted by readers as Pedal Magazine’s 2005 Best Cyclist Overall in Canada and sent us the following comments:

“Thanks to everyone who voted for me as Pedal Magazine’s Best Cyclist of the Year. It’s great to be recognized by Canada’s only cycling magazine. It was another great year for myself and I had a lot of fun racing my bike. Every year keeps getting better and I hope I can continue to improve. Right now I’m training hard and looking forward to starting off the year representing Canada at the Commonwealth Games.
