June 8, 2011 (Kitchener, ON) – ExtremeRoad.com is pleased to present the twenty-fourth annual K-W Classic Road Race on Sunday June 12, 2011 in Kitchener, Ontario. This is race #5 of the prestigious Ontario Cup Road Series. Cash prizes total over $3,000.

New course for 2011
One of the most popular road circuits in Ontario, an all-new extension has been added to the classic Hidden Valley Road loop for this venerable race. The new extension adds almost two kilometres in length to the circuit which now follows a total of 6.5 km of rolling circuit featuring two climbs per lap plus a sharp S-curve leading into a corner at the top of the finishing straight, making for an exciting finish for both riders and spectators. Same start/finish area.

Also new for 2011
– On-line pre-registration is mandatory HERE.
– On-line pre-registration closes at midnight Thursday June 9. There will be no day-of registration.
– Parking area has changed. We’re back in the nice big paved lot close to registration.
– The Feed Zone location will be close to registration this year.

Important Note
Under-17 (Cadet) Men Schedule – Please note that the Under-17 Men’s category will race at 8h30, a change from the normal O-Cup scheduling this year.
