Our Team is growing too! With offices located in Montréal (Ahuntsic), close to bike routes and Métro Sauvé, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated sales professional with a solid experience in the bicycle industry to support SPASO Sports with its sales and marketing efforts across Canada.

SPASO Sports has been the pioneer for Felt Bicycles since its introduction in Canada in 2003. Our business has grown tremendously, due to the authenticity, solid values, and winning spirit of our companies. FELT Bicycles’ mission is simply stated: To design, develop, and deliver the best bicycles in the world. Period. How is that achieved ? Simply keeping focus on high technology and innovation, and working tirelessly with athletes to the be first to the finish line!

TIME Sports product line is a new addition to the portfolio of SPASO Sports. TIME Sports designs and produces state-of-the-art pedal systems for Road, XC MTB, Enduro and DH MTB, and recently a newly designed pedal for the urban cyclist. TIME Bicycle frames are hand woven, built in France, following a proprietary process of weaving its own carbon fibres. Both TIME Sports and FELT Bicycles are owned by the Groupe Rossignol.

Your Work Life with Us:

As an inside Sales Professional at SPASO Sports, you will be responsible for working within our team of inside and outside field sales reps to help expand our brands in Canada.

Responsibilities include:

  • become an integral part of our experienced and talented sales team, and be involved in multiple facets of building our customer and sales base;
  • stay in permanent contact (phone, email, social medias, and in-person) with our dealer network across Canada;
  • learn brand specific technology and provide technical advice to dealers;
  • develop and implement sales strategies with/for targeted dealers, either over the phone, and at times, through face-to-face presentations;
  • coordinate sales tools to outside reps, answer account and technical questions related to our brands, process orders received by telephone or electronically;
  • build and analyze reports and allocate shipments to our dealers and send orders to warehouse for processing;
  • attend trade shows and events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience and knowledge in the bicycle industry
  • Sales negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Strong skills in both spoken and written French and English
  • Solid knowledge of email protocols
  • Familiarity with Social Media platforms such as FB, Instagram, Twitter
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
  • Ability to manage and meet deadlines
  • Ability to produce results independently, and in a team environment
  • Skills in data manipulation (Excel, Microsoft programs such as +Microsoft Dynamics AX, or other database programs). PowerPoint experience is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to occasionally drive a van/truck and attend events
  • A passion for riding is a plus.
