Do you love the outdoors? Are you looking for an exciting job with a growing company and a fantastic team? Leading Custom Apparel Company is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Account Manager to lead our Direct Consumer Channel.
As the national Account Manager, your role will be to act as the main point of contact for our Direct Consumer channel across the country as well as provide support to our Sales team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Follow up on all assigned leads to drive sales opportunities in a timely manner
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all sales activity throughout the sales cycle in Netsuite CRM platform
• Process customer orders and payments
• Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales on quality of inquiries/leads as well as provide input for future campaigns and promotions
• Occasional shipping & Receiving of samples
Skills and Qualifications:
• Detail oriented, responsible, able to multi-task with good time management skills
• Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
• Strong computer skills and familiar with Microsoft office
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop desired but not mandatory
• Strong understanding of lead generation and of Internet advertising principles, metrics and economics.
• Familiarity with Netsuite CRM or similar Customer Management software platforms.
• A self-starter with a track record of successful experience managing multiple accounts and driving new business.
• Bilingual English/French very desirable.
• 1-3 years experience in the apparel industry a strong plus
