March 12, 2008 – Coaches of Canada is seeking suitable candidates to fill two positions: Administration and Office Coordinator and Communications and Events Coordinator. Administration and Office Coordinator

Type of Position: Full Time – Employee
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience

Job Description:
– Assisting with the coordination of Coaches of Canada’s membership administration.
– Attending meetings, including conference call meetings, and generating minutes for same in a timely manner.
– Assist Executive Director in forecasting and managing organizational budgets.
– Coordinating and performing all office tasks including answering telephone calls, managing fax transmissions, managing general email, and routing information to the appropriate recipient.
– All other administrative responsibilities as directed by the Executive Director.

Communications and Events Coordinator

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
Type of Position: Full Time – Employee

Job Description:
– Regular updating of website content.
– Acquiring content for Interval email blasts.
– Assisting in the coordination and production of Coaches Plan du coach.
– Coordinating along with the Executive Director any public communications or statements as required by Coaches of Canada.
– Assisting Executive Director with marketing efforts for outside vendors and marketing venues.
– Translating or coordinating translation for all documentation in both official languages.
– Assist in the preparation and coordination of Coaches of Canada events.
All other communications and events responsibilities as directed by the Executive Director.
