June 22, 2012 (Lac-Megantic, QC) – Pedal caught up with newly crowned 2012 Canadian Elite/U23 Women’s Road Race champ, Denise Ramsden (Optum Pro Cycling p/b Kelly Benefit Strategies), at the finish after her victory, along with multi-decorated, Clara Hughes (Specialized-Lululemon) in second, and Optum’s Joelle Numainville, who finished third on the podium… the three were recently named to Canada’s London 2012 Women’s Road team – check out Ramsden and Numainville’s reaction to going to London here.
