June 28, 2014 (Lac Megantic, QC) – Pedal caught up with today’s winner Svein Tuft (BC) Orica-GreenEdge who put on an amazing show of strength and panache on the bike as he soloed away for ~100km to win the Elite Men’s RR.

This victory was Tuft’s second national road race title to go with his nine (9) Time Trial titles – he won his first Elite national jersey back in 2004.

We also talked with former Canadian road champ Ryan Roth (ON) Silber Procycling who finished second on the podium plus Christian Meier (NB), Tuft’s teammate, talked about their strategy and his race today…full results and race updates here.
