September 22, 2005 – Canada’s Ryder Hesjedal will be riding for the Swiss team, Phonak, in 2006. After his first full year riding road this year with Discovery, the former mountain biker will be switching teams and riding alongside Floyd Landis, Axel Merckx, among others. Phonak has also signed Discovery rider Jonathan McCarty for ’06.
