Hardwood logo“This is the first step in a long journey to full recovery. I am optimistic that Hardwood, with the support of our community, will be back stronger than ever before.” – Gareth Houben – President & General Manager, Hardwood Ski and Bike.
We want to make sure that we can provide the best experience possible to our customers. As you know on December 25th, 2017 our chalet was devastated by fire causing the building and most of the contents unusable. We will re-open our trails ONLY this Saturday. It will be essentially “ski from your car” experience, although we will be converting the wax building into a warming hut. We are also working on having some sort of food & beverage services available. We will have portable washrooms.
“I am excited that we will be able to get back to skiing on the great trails at Hardwood. The staff have been working very hard to get us started back on the road to a bigger and better Hardwood Ski and Bike.” – Jack Sasseville – Past President and General Manager Hardwood Ski and Bike.
Hardwood Ski and Bike will continue to work hard to bring you the best experience possible. We would like to thank everyone for their patience and support during this challenging time. Your positive messages of encouragement have given our staff the motivation to get through this. Please continue to visit our website and social media channels for updates.
