April 10, 2015 (Vancouver, BC) – GranFondo Canada is excited to announce the return of the 2015 Whistler Giro Sponsored by Robert J Macdonald. This 120 KM road race precedes the 6th annual RBC GranFondo Whistler from Stanley Park, Vancouver to downtown Whistler and has a generous prize purse of $50,000.

New this year, Men and Women will compete side by side for equal prize money. Because we believe in equality in performance, we are proud to announce that first place for both men and women is an exceptional $15,000.

This is a NON-SANCTIONED event, open to riders who have a valid UCI road racing license in Pro, Cat 1, 2 or 3 (Masters must have a current Cat 1, 2 or 3 license)
