Giro d’Italia Stage 9 TT Results and PHOTOS – Hesjedal Now 16th Overall

May 15, 2016 (Chianti, ITA) – Ryder Hesjedal (Can) Trek-Segafredo is now 16th overall as he raced to 33rd on the 40.5km ITT on Stage 9 won by former ski jumper Primoz Roglic (Slo) Team LottoNl-Jumbo.

Fellow Canuck Hugo Houle (AG2R La Mondiale) also had a strong ride placing 38th on the day. Gianluca Brambilla (Ita) Etixx – Quick-Step remains in pink with a strong ride as well followed by his teammate Bob Jungels (Lux) at 1s behind as the Giro enjoys it’s second rest day tomorrow.
