For 2009, Garneau introduces the Diamond Helmet, managing to squeeze 40 vents into a helmet that’s very aerodynamic and passes all safety standards. The Diamond weighs 285g and features Garneau’s monocoque structural base and EXO-Insert technologies. Rather than using internal rib cages, the Diamond has two polycarbonate bars inside and nine carbon bridge inserts, allowing for the large number of vents in a lightweight package.
