February 21, 2008 – Prepare to be inspired! You won’t want to miss this one-of-a-kind indoor cycling relay to raise money for Talisman Centre’s Access Advantage Fund and to help Terrascape racer, Mical Dyck, in her quest for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.

Terrascape Racing Club and Talisman Centre Proudly Present 4 Hours of Power 2008. You won’t want to miss this one-of-a-kind indoor cycling relay.

– The goal is for teams to amass the most number of kilometres within the allotted time.
– Teams of four can strategize how they wish to ride, in what order, for how long, and how often.
– Prime prizes will be awarded
– An awards banquet will follow, with prizes awarded to the top three teams.

About Mical
Mical is on the cusp of realizing her athletic potential. In order for her to achieve this she must now embark on a rigorous competition schedule by competing consistently on the World Cup of mountain bike racing circuit predominantly based in Europe. To reach the highest level athletes must learn to compete at that level in order to be competitive in future years. This is Mical’s year to consistently race with the world’s best!nnn Access Advantage is a Talisman Centre fundraising initiative that focuses on reducing the barriers to participation for children, youth and families in the following 4 areas: Transportation & Equipment, Youth at Risk, Athletes in Need, and Admission passes for community groups.
