January 20, 2016 – Former Canadian pro rider, Matt Hansen, who rode for Jet Fuel and turned to the film industry after retiring from his athletic career, has been experiencing success. The film Zoom, for which he wrote the screenplay, premiered at the prestigious Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in September (read more here) and now he has been nominated for Best Original Screenplay at the 2016  Canadian Screen Award for his work on the film.
