Jenny Rissveds (Swe) Scott-Odlo took the win at the final race of the UCI MTB World Cup XCO#4 at Mont-Sainte-Anne, QC.
Alessandra Keller (Sui) Strueby-Bixs Team was second and Alice Barnes (Gbr) Betch.nl Superior Brentjens MTB Racing Team placed third as Rissveds fell back on the fourth lap due to a mechanical but recovered to regain the lead and take the final victory.
Lisa Rabensteiner (Ita) Focus XC Italy Team was 4th and Kate Courtney (USA) Specialized Racing 5th as reigning Canadian U23 women’s national champ, Haley Smith, finished 13th followed by Maghalie Rochette (Luna Pro) in 14th. Rachel Pageau (Can) was 16th, Anne-Julie Tremblay (Can) finished 18th and Andreane Lanthier-Nadeau (Can) was 20th.
