July 19, 2006 — With the postponement of the Provincial Road Championships this weekend, members of the Forest City Velodrome are hosting a special Road Racers introduction to track riding. This session will begin on Saturday, July 22 at 11am – 1:30pm.

The Track session for Road Racers will be open to the first 12 riders to email, rob.good@ypg.com This session is open to new riders at the Forest City Velodrome. The session is open to Cadet, Junior, Senior (M) or (W), & Masters.

The 2-1/2 hour track session will cost $20 and include the use of a rental bike. Please bring your pedals and riding gear. Special instruction will enable you to ride on the track and begin skill development to improve riding skills for the fall & winter riding schedule at the indoor Velodrome in London Ontario.

An additional track session could be made available if demand is high enough.

Please register before noon on Thursday to reserve your seat in the mid-season event.
