May 11, 2005 (Newmarket, ON) — ExpoCycle, Canada’s Bike Trade Show, produced by The Bicycle Trade Association of Canada (BTAC), has been awarded its highest industry ranking to date. The prestigious ranking among the 50 largest tradeshows in Canada is published annually by Tradeshow Week, the tradeshow industry’s premiere source for information.
The 2004 edition of ExpoCycle has been ranked #24 out of the over 300 tradeshows held in Canada based on statistics that include total square footage, number of exhibitors and visitors as reported to Tradeshow Week.
The ExpoCycle team of Sumar Clarke, Show Manager and Janet O’Connell, BTAC Executive Director are thrilled to have reached this status in four short years. “The growth we have enjoyed is a reflection of our success at establishing ExpoCycle as a must attend event for the Canadian bike industry. The 2005 ExpoCycle will be held September 16-18, 2005 at Place Bonaventure in Montreal, Quebec. The ExpoCycle Outdoor Demo Day will take place September 15,2005 at Ski Bromont in Bromont, Quebec.
