March 29, 2015 (Cota, Colombia) – Sandra Walter raced to 5th today for Canada in the U23 Women’s XC 5-lap race at the 2015 Pan American MTB Championships in Cota, Columbia, won by Daniela Campuzano (MEX). Walter was in the lead group after the first lap of five and was in 7th on the second lap but moved up to 5th on the third lap. She held her own until the finish claiming 5th on the day. The USA’s Erin Huck finished second followed by her teammate Chloe Woodruff in third.
