The Run Profiler, a Bluetooth-connected insole that is reported to be the first product able to analyze sports performances in 3D and in real time, was originally targeted to runners but now provides performance enhancements and coaching features for cyclists as well.

With a tracking device claimed to be much more accurate than a connected wristband or fitness smartwatch, the Run Profiler incorporates distance, speed, calories, time, weather, wind, RPM, power, pedaling angle, and mapping to provide an analytic summary at the end of every ride and a cache memory that collects data even without your phone.

The smart foot bed maps your foot’s movement throughout a running or cycling stroke, displaying the information through easy-to-read graphs. For cycling, the 3D analysis feature focuses on foot angle, power and pedaling time, along with cadence to help improve pedaling efficiency. Plus personalized guidelines assist in setting seat height, frame height, and handlebar length.

The Digitsole Run Profiler comes with a free App for iOS & Android and you can also share your performance on social media to compare stats with friends. An Audio Coach is also available to help maximize performance.
