September 24, 2007 (Dieppe, New Brunswick) – Here’s some information on two events taking place on October 7-8 in Dieppe, New Brunswick – an Invitational Track Meet and New Brunswick’s Cyclocross Cup #1.

Invitational Track Meet
Vélodrome Caisse populaire Dieppe

– Sunday, October 7, 2007
– 6 pm start

OMNIUM format (General classification) including the following events: Flying 200m, Scratch, Kilo, Elimination.

On-line registration here, cost of 5$ plus 10$ bike rental fee for the event. Deadline for registration on Friday, October 5th at 8 pm.

Riders should have their Track 101 course before registration. The Vélodrome will be opened from 1 pm Sunday afternoon for training.

NB Cyclocross Cup #1
Mike’s Bike Shop Cup #16

– Monday, October 8, 2007
– 2 pm start

45 minutes plus 1 lap. The Mike’s Bike Shop Cup will be run under its regular handicapped format, but a result by age category will be published for the NB Kona Cup.

A learn to cyclo-cross clinic will precede the event at 10 am. Come and learn crucial cross techniques from the Atlantic Cycling Centre coaching staff.

On-line registration at here, cost of 10$ for the race (and the clinic is free of charge). Deadline for registration on Friday, October 5th at 8 pm.
