August 4, 2004 – The British Cycling Federation has announced today that David Millar is suspended from competition for EPO use, and his 2003 World Time Trial Championship win in Hamilton is removed after a panel reached a decision. Theoretically, that means Australia’s Michael Rogers is now the reigning TT champion. More details as they come.
