April 27, 2006 – Some sad news from Ontario today. According to the Sudbury Star, a 16-year-old boy lost his life in what seems to be a street-racing incident. Patrick Herard, a son of an RCMP officer, died at 8:30 p.m. last Saturday, when he was struck from behind by a speevding vehicle. The high school student was riding his bicycle northbound in the southbound lane on Errington Street in Sudbury, Ont.
