June 14, 2016 (Vancouver, BC) – The Cycling BC Annual General Meeting will take place Wednesday June 15, 7:00pm at MEC Head Office, located at 1077 Great Northern Way, Vancouver, BC here. We are looking forward to gathering our members and sharing the results of this past year. We hope you will join us.
Our goal is to maximize the opportunity for all members from across the province to join in and participate in the AGM. We will be teleconferencing the meeting by live stream on YouTube. Members not able to attend in person will be able to bring comments to the floor through a chat function associated with the broadcast.
Voting
Online voting for the Cycling BC Board of Directors closes at 8 pm tonight, Tuesday, June 14th. If you are not able to attend the meeting in person, make sure to submit your online vote before the deadline!
Live Stream & Online Chat
The Cycling BC AGM will be live streamed through YouTube, with a live chat component. The broadcast will start at 6:30 pm PST, and the AGM will begin at 7 pm. Members are asked to state their name and Cycling BC member number when joining the AGM live stream and chat.

Members not able to attend the meeting in person can join the live stream, and submit questions or remarks through the live chat when invited to do so. Remarks from the floor through online chat will be relayed by a moderator at the appropriate time.
If you are joining us on the live stream and participating by chat, please conduct yourself as though you were attending the meeting in person. Any inappropriate language, personal attacks, or irrelevant comments will not be relayed, and those messages will be blocked. Otherwise, all chat remarks will be preserved and posted with the AGM live stream video following the AGM.
