CSAJCC Presents Albion Cross 2011 – Nov. 27

release by the Cycle Solutions/Angry Johnnys Cycling Club

November 17, 2011 (Toronto, ON) – The Cycle Solutions/Angry Johnnys Cycling Club (CSAJCC) is excited to present Albion Cross 2011, Nov. 27 at Albion Hills Conservation Area. This is the main fundraising event for our Not-For-Profit Club, and allows us to subsidize trips to Canada Cup races in Quebec, our Development Dirt Camps and for the club to be able to provide extra racing support to selected, mostly Junior, riders throughout the season. All the profits from this event go directly to the club for our riders.

We have used these funds in the past to Support riders such as Haley Smith and Emily Fisher who have both represented Canada at MTB World Championships. For 2012, we are excited to announce Peter Disera as our Junior Sponsored Rider.

We run this event, with lots of volunteers, based on the principles of the club which include making racing affordable, to provide a great, safe experience for everyone in cycling, and to give back to the cycling community. Because of this we have kept our registration fees the same as last year and are continuing to bring in great prizes including CASH (which comes directly out of registration fees) for Elite categories and a SURLY CROSSCHECK FRAME!!! Come out and support us and the growth of Cyclocross in Ontario!
