September 22, 2013 – Chris Sheppard suffered a very bad crash yesterday breaking his back in three places but managed to avoid paralysis according to his FB page. He also broke his nose in the fall but should be ok following surgery. “I am so incredibly blessed to share life’s highs and lows with my lovely wife, April. My surgeon assures me that when he’s done Blue Steel will be my natural look.
