Charges Dropped Against Former Attorney-General Bryant In Death of Cyclist

May 25, 2010 (Toronto, ON) – Special prosecutor Richard Peck announced this morning that charges against former Ontario Attorney General, Michael Bryant, will be dropped according to a report in cbc.ca. Bryant, who was driving at the time, was charged with criminal negligence in the death of cyclist Darcy Allen Sheppard on Aug. 31, 2009.
