Cervélo retains Tom Fowler

September 13, 2005 — Cervélo Cycles Inc. is pleased to announce that Tom Fowler has been retained to advise the Company as it relates to sales, business development and strategy.

Tom’s skills and broad background will complement our efforts and help us get to where we want to be.” Most recently, Tom Fowler ran the Sports Division of Kryptonite. Prior to that he spent five years in Europe with Wilson and Nike’s ACG unit before returning to the States. In the early “˜90s he headed up Profile Design’s sales and marketing efforts.
