Cervélo Ranked 34th in PROFIT 100

June 16, 2005 (Toronto, ON.) – Cervélo Cycles is pleased to announce that they have been ranked 34th in the seventeenth annual PROFIT 100 ranking of Canada’s fastest-growing companies by the magazine PROFIT: Your Guide to Business Success.

Ranking Canada’s fastest-growing companies by five-year revenue growth, the PROFIT 100 profiles the country’s most successful growth companies. Published in the June issue of PROFIT (online at PROFITguide.com), the PROFIT 100 is Canada’s largest annual celebration of entrepreneurial achievement.

“We are very pleased to be recognized for our achievement especially in the company of our entrepreneurial peers,” said Phil White, co-founder of Cervelo Cycles. “We love what we do so recognition of this nature is not just a bonus but also a vindication that if you keep at it you will achieve something of substance.”

“The fact that we have achieved this level of business success without sacrificing our focus on a very specific market niche is particularly satisfying,” adds Gerard Vroomen, co-founder of Cervelo. “Too often products are watered-down to increase sales. We are successful because we’ve stuck to our guns and not fallen into that trap.”

“The PROFIT 100 is pleased to welcome Cervelo Cycles to the 2005 PROFIT 100 winners, the most prestigious group of entrepreneurial businesses in Canada,” said Ian Portsmouth, editor. “Cervelo Cycles joins Canada’s Fastest-Growing Companies reflecting the international success of their unique products.”
