August 1, 2007 – The National Cycling Centre – Atlantic Canada and Velo NB are pleased to offer a track commissiare course to be held in conjunction with the 2007 Tim Horton National Cycling Championships, in Dieppe, September 4-9, 2007.

The course, offered in both official languages, is open to both experienced and new track commissaries. For those with track officiating experience the course will provide them with a National Commissaire ranking. For candidates with no previous experience comissairing the track the course will giver them provincial ranking.

The course conductor is Louise Lalonde one of the UCI’s top commissaries and one of Canada’s most experienced officials.

The course will begin on the evening of September 4 and will consist of Tuesday evening and all day Wednesday in the classroom followed by hands on learning and observing during the Tim Horton’s National Elite Track Championships.
