July 05, 2014 (Beauceville, QC) – Nova Scotia’s Edward Walsh (Atlantic Cycling Center) claimed the Junior Men’s 132.8km road race title in the final kilometres as he battled with Jean Simon D’Anjou (Equipe du Quebec) gapping his rival near the end to take home the Maple Leaf jersey. The two escaped with 25km to go and made it a two-rider contest as Raphael Auclair (Promutuel/Alco TMI/Norco) won the bronze.
