Burnaby Velodrome: Volunteers Needed

August 29, 2005 – The Burnaby Velodrome is looking for some skilled volunteers to assist in some track maintenance duties. During the next two weeks (Sept 1 to Sept 15th), Frank Ludtke will be leading a crew to install some new plywood in the corners on the underside of the track. Volunteers will need to be available during the day (time TBD), know how to work with wood, and have access to a battery powered drill (preferable).

Normal riding sessions will not be interrupted during this time. Exact dates and times for work sessions will be determined once Frank receives some names. Please email Frank Ludtke (fmludtke@shaw.ca) to help out.

Thanks,

Gord.
