The Burnaby Velodrome is pleased to announce its Race Series Event #1 on November 8/9/10. The event, scheduled to run over 20 races across 3 categories, is expected to draw local track riders from Vancouver, Victoria, Seattle, and Portland, as well as Canadian National Team members from Calgary.

The weekly race series, running every Wednesday at 7:30 PM, started last week at the Velodrome with Canadian and US riders participating. Bellingham residents representing 3 Washington state clubs were in attendance.

The Burnaby Velodrome, the only indoor velodrome in North America, was re-opened on September 4th, 2002 and is sponsored by Rudy Project.
