Birch Fall Classic 8 Hour – September 21

September 2, 2008 – Push your limits in solo, 2, or 4 person team categories on some the best single track in Manitoba! A fun filled day to be had by all!

The Birch Fall Classic has been a long standing annual event on the Manitoba Cycling Association calendar. As the name implies the event is held at the Birch Ski area near Roseisle, Manitoba. It’s a bitter sweet event as it marks the end of the mountain bike race season, but gives everybody one last chance to ride one of the best mountain bike venues in Manitoba one last time!

Every year the Fall Classic takes on a slightly different form, this year the Portage Junk Yard Dogs and Alter Ego Cycling clubs join forces to put on a 8 hour enduro. Whether you are avid hard core endurance racer looking for a short training ride, a seasoned racer looking to move to endurance events but have been leary of 24 hour event or just want to get together with one or more friends to spend the day riding some awesome single track, this is the event for you!
