Defending champion Andrew Randell will be back with hopes of winning the Eagle.ca Performance Challenge for any Elite Man or Woman who wins the event for a second time this year.

Last years women’s Champ Leigh Hobson is also back to defend her title against a large field of women.

Bikecrazie.com Ontario Cup Classic

April 7, 2005 – On Sunday, April 10, 2005, the fourth annual Bikecrazie.com Ontario Cup Classic is taking place this Sunday, April 10th at the Mosport International Raceway. We are proud to once again be the lead off event for the SISU Ontario Cup Road Series that will be battled out all over the province in 2005.

After a bad string of weather in Ontario has forced the cancellation of two
events riders are ready to go at it on Sunday. The weather is looking like
it will co operate with a forecast of 13 degrees Celsius and sunny skies.

Friday is the last day for online entries at the cheaper rate. Riders can
also register on Sunday but at an increased cost. One day licenses are
available for all categories except Senior 1-2 and can be purchased for $10
at the OCA booth on Sunday. Please remember to bring your OCA Bib number if
you have been issued one!

Registrations are going well with over 40 women already registered
(including defending Champion Amy Moore) and almost 20 Junior Men. The
other categories are filling out nicely as well.

Mosport is a world class facility which has hosted all forms of motor racing
over the years including Formula 1. The 4km road circuit is ideal for a
bicycle race with a mixture of twists, turns and rolling terrain on a well
paved closed circuit

The race has been generously sponsored this year by: SISU, Eagle.ca,
Bicycles Plus, Coachchris.ca, PeakXL, Pearlizumi, Mill Valley Natural Spring
Water, Tifosi Optics, HammerBar. Watch for some excellent draw prizes
throughout the day!

The minimum prize break down is available at the race website. This may
increase depending on final numbers at registration.
